If you are a Canadian employer and have trouble finding Canadian employees to satisfy your business, you are not alone. Many Canadian employers are looking for foreign workers to alleviate the current labour shortage. Over the past few years, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) have simplified the process of hiring foreign workers and have made it increasingly timesaving. It is simpler and faster than you think.
We are a Canadian law firm located in Toronto, Ontario. We have been engaging in immigration, study abroad and investment since 1999 and consist of specialty lawyers from the Law Society of Ontario. We professionally help employers find suitable international workers and meet the requirements of Canadian employers to conduct company business. We carefully select potential skilled workers, including providing academic qualifications, language assessment, professional background certification and various Canadian visa services.
There are two types of job offers to provide for potential employees:
- Permanent Job Offer: If you would like to hire foreign workers for full-time permanent positions, your future employees will need to complete the Canadian Immigration (permanent residence) process;
- Temporary Job Offer: If you’re looking to hire foreign workers on a temporary basis, your future employees can obtain a Temporary Work Permit.
All services we provide to employers are free of charge. If you are interested in hiring international workers, please fill out the contact form below, and our staff will contact you shortly.
