REFUSAL OF ENTRY CLEARANCE OR CERTIFICATE OF ENTITLEMENT TO THE RIGHT OF ABODE
Post Reference: ***
To: ***
You have applied for entry clearance to the United Kingdom as a student
HOWEVER:
You have applied for entry clearance to the United Kingdom as a student.ihave carefully considerd your application on the basis of your passport, application form, and the papers you have provided. You have declared that the information you have given is complete and true to the bese of your knowledge. However,I am not satisfied,on the balance of probabilities, that your application meets the requirements of paragraph 57,for the following reasons:
You are able and intend to follow such acourse
You are able to meet the costs of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to empliyment or public funds
You intend to leave the United kingdom at the end of your studies
BECAUSE
You have been unable to satisfactorily explain how your propesed course is organised and structured.Materially, you have been unable to comprehensively detail the content of the foundation course you propose to undertake in the UK.i further note that you were only able to provide brief details about the structure ofboth your English and foundation couse and could not provide any further detail other detail other than the duration of the requisite courses and the quanlifications required,to proceed to other courses.Such lack of knowledge and i am therefore not satisfied,on the balance of probabilities, that you are able and intend to follow the course.
You father, who you state earns between 140,000-160,000rmb per annum,(£11,428approx.max),sponsors you.Funds amounting to 597,000rmb(£42,642approx.) weredeposited in April 2006 to finance your studies. However, you have provided insufficent evidence to establish the source of thse savings.I take account of your reliance upon your sponsor’s bankbook showing regular savings since 2002.Nonetheless,the savings contained in this account are not commensurate with the funds to be used for your studies;the amounts saved are comparatively nominal and the deposits concerned were withdrawn long before the funds to be used for your studies were compiled.Consequently, whilst you have evidence of funds you have not provided evidence of their orgin.Iam therefore not satisfied that the funds are a ture reflection of your sponsor’s financial situation nor that they are avaibabie for your studies.
Your account of your personal, economic and social circumstances and how you will use these studies does not satisfy me,on the balance of probabilities, that you intend to leave the United Kingdom on completion of your course.
